In a prolonged period of panic, worry and uncertainty few things make sense. It is an honor to be nominated and recognized for songwriter of the year but most importantly for our streaming tour that raised 26K for nonsalaried employees of Venues in Boston and elsewhere.

Awards are always something that measure and help the business of art. They can’t possibly be a reflection of the art itself. But the Boston Music Awards are a unique and helpful institution for a city that does not have a music business.
